Andrew Hall, the founder of Fountain Rock Coffee, is a Science and Technology professional who has previously applied his skills in the fields of ships and submarines and fibre optic sensing. Over the last few years, he has conducted numerous training courses gaining accreditation from the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe in various sensory and roasting courses. Speciality coffee is a result of the whole supply chain from farm to cup working in harmony to focus on quality and excellence. At Fountain Rock, we mindfully source the best coffees and apply cutting edge science and technology to skillfully roast and bring out the best flavour profiles of the beans.
